About mQTL-NMR.

mQTL-NMR tool provides a complete QTL analysis pipeline for metabolomic 1H NMR data. Distinctive features include normalization using various approaches, peak alignment using RSPA approach, dimensionality reduction and mQTL mapping for animal crosses and human cohorts. mQTL-NMR is now a part of the Bioconductor project.
